OK, here's the giveaway; a 1942 1/2 franc toner. This coin comes with a kicker in that I believe the reverse is actually struck from SPECIMEN dies. Time will tell definitively, as I'm building an image database for comps., but I have seen several of these "hybrids" in the last few years.
