How can I get PCGS to grade and attribute Bison DDOs???

I have a number of the 2005 Bison DDOs that I would prefer to have PCGS grade and verify/attribute rather than ANACS or NGC.

As these are true doubled die errors occuring in what one could argue is the most popular made for circulation coin issued in last 30 years I'd think there would be interest in getting it into PCGS holders.

Any suggestions??

Call customer service and make sure that PCGS will recognize it as a doubled die. If they will then you will probably have to submit it under the more expensive Mint Error level.

If they don't recognize it, then you will probably have to lobby Ken Bressett for awhile to get it into the Redbook, and then lobby PCGS to recognize it. This may take several years. The 79 far date SBA was listed in the Redook from nearly the very beginning but collectors couldn't get PCGS to recognize it until around 1999. Twenty years after it was made and 13 years after PCGS started grading.
