Found this in my change over the weekend

Nothing fancy, just a nice lower MS 2006 dime...WITH a nice cud/die chip, etc... on the back of Franklin's head!! Now, I know it's nothing special, just a cool find, but do you think it would be a good idea to send it off to say ANACS or ICG for the hell of it? just to get it holdered?

Maybe call it the "Knothead Dime" image

    You found a dime with Franklin on it? That is a rare coin, indeed.

    yes, Franklin, as in the familiar Franklin Delano Roosevelt!!! LOL

    My answer on "Franklin" would be YES! Send it in to the least expensive service / price you can get where the service will attribute the error on the holder. With Ebay auction prices and the coin's cost, hard to lose! Good eye---image

    I have a 2004 dime with a similiar die chip behind the head. I'll try to find a picture of it.
