    Please help me understand the significance here, is this about the same as finding a DCAM early Kennedy half or DCAM Franklin in an unopened proof set? I know squat about Canadian coins.
    Everything I write is my opinion.

    Looking for alot of crap.

    All I can tell you is that they are hard to find in opened sets.
