Can great deals be had when S&H is ridiculous?

There have been plenty of posts about sellers on everyone's favourite auction site over-charging for shipping (e.g $5 on a $5 auction), and I think it can be ridiculous as well. That being said, it seems that so many potential buyers are turned off that even when the bloated shipping charge is taken into account, great bargains can be had. Anyone else notice that? Yet another reason for sellers to keep S&H reasonable, but some people will never learn...

Absolutely. Our famous $5 and $1 dealer often gets little action on his lowend stuff.

Without a doubt. I have bought many a vintage card for bargain prices from high $$$ shippers. And if you win more than one item, they often charge nada extra.
