Thanks all.
Try This Link. It was some good information
I doubt imperfect pics will affect the auction outcome. That coin will get high bids just for the PCGS grade and the fact it's a Goodacre Pres. They are hot now and that grade rocks!

I wouldn't use the close-up ones of the coins since you're not seeing useful detail.
If that's the best you've got, just stick with the over-all slab.
Also, the color of the obverse and reverse should match.

As hot as these 68's are right now, you are selling plastic: the number of "plastic paralyzed" (thanks be to Fats) bidders out there outnumbers those of us who would try to gather meaningful information from the pictures.
Keep working on your pictures for down-market times when every coin's a dog unless proven otherwise......
You mentioned "single light source"? Experiment wildly with proofs and other shiny coins like Goodacres with all sorts of lighting combinations, from multiple point sources to several Ott-like lamps and at wider angles from the axis of the lens. If you use a photostand or equivalent, sometimes a next to widest f-stop will shorten the focal plane enough to minimize plastic artifacts. But take this all with a grain of salt, I'm just learning, too! Rob
