1955 D/D Washington Quarters- 2 rolls BU

I recently purchased 2 rolls of washington quarters that were in an estste from the early 60's. Upon looking thru the 2 rolls I noticed that on most of the quarters that it looked like a D over a D. The top D is south/west over the other. Anybody heard of this repunched mint mark? any value? Thanks Steve
