Three Kaisers: beautiful little token

This scan doesn't capture the original golden luster of this little German medalet.
It features conjoined profile portraits of Kaiser Wilhelm I, Kaiser Friedrich III, and Kaiser Wilhelm II.
Undated, but undoubtedly from 1888, the "Year of the Three Kaisers." (Wilhelm I died March 9; his son ruled only 99 days before dying of throat cancer; his son reigned from June 15 until the end of WWI.)

What are the dimensions ?
How much does it weigh ?
The enlarged scan makes it look deceptively GIGANTIC!
It's actually a li'l fella, 22 mm in diameter (about 7/8 of an inch).
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." -Luke 11:9
"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might." -Deut. 6:4-5
"For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us." -Isaiah 33:22
(In other words, this is a patriotic medalet, and not a satirical piece -- although there is that subtext, which definitely would have applied 30 years later in 1918!)
