New China car arrival... Help wanted

It weighs heavy at 26.5 gms, krause says 25.7. Anybody have one to weigh or knows for sure that the fakes are 19gms. I would grade this in a high AU catagory with just the slightest break in luster. Has what looks to be old dirt in some of the the reeding and in the edge denticles. Any opinions before I send it off, no sence in wasting money if it's obviously a fake.

There's no reason a fake couldn't weigh more than it's supposed to.

I'm hoping the best for you, Boz, but if I were a counterfeiter, you can bet I'd try to do one of those coins!! A real one should set you back at least $5K.

After very close examination, I believe this one could be real , even has the same die cracks in the window area like on NEN's and the circle around the car and reverse symbols are weak in the same area.

Are the fakes this detailed.
