New Set Registry Set request -- This one is good

After posting on the WR All-Time Board I have come up with a registry request for any sport.

The "One Year Wonder" Registry.

Requirements are that the player had one Pro Bowl or All stat year and SUCKED or was just average the rest of his career. And the card in the registry is their one year they did well. For instance Don Majkowski is my QB. His 1990 Topps card should be in the registry

My set off the top of my head for Football is

QB Don Majkowski 1990
QB Jeff Blake 1995
QB Elvis Grbac 2000
RB Michael Bennett 2002
RB Charles White 1987
RB Terdell Middleton 1978
RB Lorenzo White 1992
RB Barry Foster 1992
RB Dorsey Levens 1997
WR Roger Carr 1976
WR Rob Moore 1997
WR Robert Brooks 1995
TE Joe Sensor 1981

I know there are a lot of Packers but that is what I know but I do remember the rest of theses guys from when I started watching football. Now if there are players from the 50' and 60's I missed or you think I was crack headed to put in Rob Moore let me know. I think this would make a hell of a funny set.

In baseball, 2 that come to mind are Kevin Mitchell and Cecil Fieldler.

    How about Okoye?
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."

Ah yes, the Nigerian Nightmare. I remember him. He's a good one for the list.

Joe Charboneau is a good one for baseball. He won the ROY award in 1980 (I believe?) and faded into oblivion thereafter. Pat Listach did almost the same thing about a decade later.

Oh, my bad. I just remember the 51 and then I heard something about Japan. I really didn't pay too much attention.

Jerome Walton and Dwight Smith of the Cubs. #1 and #2 in the Rookie of the Year voting in 1989. They got fat that winter and didnt do anything of value after that.

Ron Kittle of the White Sox. The pitchers found out he couldnt hit a slider.

Made 35 FG/127 PTs in his rookie season (1983) for the Giants, which I believe was then a record number of field goals in a season, then didn't make more than 17FG/83 PTs in a season. Was out of the league in 5 years.

Bob Hamelin - Would have had 30 hr's & 100 RBI in his rookie year of 94 if not for the strike. Never hit more than 10 hr's again due to the fact that he was blind and fat.

How many years has he been playing? You act like he is a 10 year veteran.

He's been playing two years. I was trying to be ironic since another post mentioned his name. I'm guessing the original post was meant to be a dig at Manning.
