Yes, but be carefull as there are many frauds out there.

yes, a couple times, it was on relatively low-dollar cards, and the sellers had duplicates..

Accepted a couple on some higher ticket items. No problems at all, but use the link in My Ebay, and be sure to contact the seller via email also if you have any doubts.........

I've accepted second chance offers on DVD's and stuff like that without any problem. If someone sells the same thing repeatly on ebay, I will put in an early bid and wait for the auction to close to see if I get a second chance offer.

I send out usually 2 or 3 of them each week for stuff that I have multiples of........but I also send the person a message thru the contact member link telling them that I sent it and that I have another card, same grade, different cert. number.

I have taken several second chance offers. If it's someone you see alot of and deals regularly then I'll do it. If it's someone I have never seen before I am more cautious. I got one last week and the guy had a duplicate of the card for a lower price so I just bid again. I saved a whole dollar!

Be very careful with those, I once had an offer for a card I was the 2nd highest bidder on, card location was listed in Wisconsin, 2nd chance offer asked for money to be wired to Italy. Contacted ebay, finally after 3 days, they email me back stating it was a fraudulent offer, so be careful.
