Hello, this is for the Mexican coin experts for the 1920-1943 20 Centavo km#438 Why are the prices all over the board and not reflective of the posted mintages? TIA!

I'm guessing that many of the earlier issues were either melted or not saved in mint state because of economics in Mexico at the time.
