Just as a REAL general shot, they look like copper falus struck in maybe Morrocco or Iran. Because they are hammered, they appear extra old, but I would date them anywhere from the 1600's through the mid 1800'se
The top two look Central Asian, probably Islamic. I would agree with the coach- Morocco, Persia (Iran), or Afghanistan- something like that. 17th through early 19th century, perhaps.
The bottom one could also be from the same neck of the woods but it looks more ancient to me. Could be anything.
