I bough a bulk lot of Canadian/Newfoundland halves from Smittys when silver was under $10, and thought I'd have to hold it for quite a while before I'd be able to get my money back out of it... apparently not so long a wait after all.
Now the question is how long do I hold it? That's the $64,000 question that would make zillionaires...
Question for those who have trafficked in foreign melt before: my local dealer just kills me on foreign melt, paying 20% back of spot. Seems kinda low... or is that the norm for non-U.S. silver?

That sounds about right.
What kind of mix is it and how much at a time? .720 Mexican? .925 Sterling? .500? .100? Everything in between? 1oz? 10oz? 1000oz?
We might pay more depending on the mix.
