What's the best source for unopened 80's

I was contemplating a purchase with BBCExchange on some 80's unopened, and my question is - What yields the best quality; wax, rack, cello, vending, etc.? I am only looking to build some raw sets, and I may grade some of the more quality key cards, but what would give me the best bang for my buck? Thanks in advance
Travis

Why not a factory set or a factory set case?
I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.

I enjoy the 1985 Topps baseball three-box rack case from bbcexchange.

I prefer Rack, I've had more success pulling rookies from them over wax. Last I bought was 1990 bowman, I pulled more Sosas' and Williams from 5 rack packs than I did a box of wax.
    Collecting;
    Mark Mulder rookies
    Chipper Jones rookies
    Orlando Cabrera rookies
    Lawrence Taylor
    Sam Huff
    Lavar Arrington
    NY Giants
    NY Yankees
    NJ Nets
    NJ Devils
1950s-1960s Topps NY Giants Team cards

Looking for Topps rookies as well.

In my humble OPINION the quality of unopened goes as follows:

    1. Rack
    2. Wax

and a DISTANT 3rd and 4th take your pick

    Cello
    Vending
