1984 & 1985 Topps Rub-downs question??

Does anyone know if PSA requires the backing to b on the cards, or can they be graded with the backing removed??? Thanks-Claude

    Claude do you mean the rice type paper? All the graded ones I've seen had that on it.

    Yeah, thats what it looks like. I have some but the backing paper seems "wavey"...the fronts are fantastic, just wonder if they grade down for the "wavey" look, or if was worth removing and seeing if they would grade them anyway.

    I have some 63 peeloffs and they always warp in the middle where the backing paper meets. They're not warped bad but it is noticeable and they're all 9s.

    If you're looking for 10s it might make a difference.

    I have a few of those if you're just trying to get one for a master set. Let me know if that's it and I'll see if I have what you need. I don't care much about them at all, they're just something I have.
