Can a registered coin be used in more than on set.

I am in the process of registering a set of State Quarters 1999 to 2006. They also list 1 cent, 5 cents, ten cents, fifty cents and $1 sacs. I already have registerd 5 cent, ten cents, fifty cents and $1 Sacs by themselves. Can I use these registery numbers again? Thanks for any help. Bill Evans
