Is there a problem with Ebay's invoices?

I am having trouble changing the shipping cost on multiple auctions to buyers tonight. I have tried changing the shipping cost, and I have tried doing a seller discount at the bottom. When I hit recalculate, it goes back to what it was. Need help ASAP!

Ebay is right now for the second time in a month telling me that my password is incorrect. I can't sign in. It just happens out of the blue.

I have the same prob with the recalculate button, it won't recalculate them(just deletes what you did), you just have to send the invoice with the changes and it will be correct. I haven't tried the preview invoice option so maybe that would work as well, without actually sending it.

Try this :

1) Select all the items in the invoice if not already checked.
2) Hit recalculate button
3) Change shipping or add/subtract discount
4) Send invoice

Do NOT hit the recalc button again and the amounts will all be correct.

Are you using Selling Manager Pro ?? Should work fine there. I never use the "send invoice" now when someone won multiple auctions.
