Help Needed Identifying a coin.

Does anybody familiar with British coins no what this is that I purchased today for a dollar?

I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.



The name is LEE!

    Some here will call it the world's ugliest coin. Their opinion of course.

    I'll have to agree with the "man in the moon" comment as its probably the only reason I picked it up. At first I thought someone had been carving on it in Hobo Nickel fashion until I spotted maybe two or three more.

    Interesting technique on the reverse. Very interesting!
