guys,

have any of you ever bought any of the PSA cards from thepit? i was looking at a few cards on there to possibly buy. when they say PSA 9, do these PSA's 9 have any qualifiers? I was just thinking that they might give the number grade and nothing else...any thoughts?

thanks...

  • I'd e-mail the pit or naxcom , and check, I know in the early days, I sold a PSA 9 on ebay.....the winnerr...Pit.com....I would think they would only sell raw 9's, the few I had sent to me were all straight grades, no qualifiers.

I used the pit to buy a couple cards. Mostly used it to redeem bowman and bowman chrome uncirculated rookie cards but did buy a couple psa cards.

As I recall, the pit did not sell ANY cards that had qualifiers, all were straight grades.

  • Sold them a bunch at the Fort in late 1999 or early 2000 when they were getting started they would only buy unqualified cards.
  • I've bought and sold a few cards on the pit. They don't deal at all in cards with qualifiers. I like to watch ebay and compare their prices with the pit. It seems alot of times that cards sell for more on ebay then you could have bought them at the pit just flat out. I guess sometimes people just get bid crazy.
  • thanks guys for all of the help...you guys kick a$$
