FOUND KEY DATE

I went looking through my extra wheat pennies. well while i was looking i found one that was really worn..... i looked at it closer and it was a 1909s i know it is a key date but if it was in better grade i would keep it in my book but it is so worn that i might as well just go and put it away once again.

    If it's worn so badly you could barely see the "S", then I would be looking pretty hard at the reverse to see if I could find a "VDB".....at the bottom between the wheat ears...near the rim...

    i looked at the coin more. you have to look kind of close to see that its a "09 s.... there is no vdb at the bottom of the rim on reverse image
