ebay question----------

anybody know who slabcracker out of los angeles california is? he recently listed some key cards from the 1952 topps set but while doing my "due diligence" part, i noticed that although he has perfect feedback (580), it seems that its for little $7-$10 items. he does take paypal but still its a pain in the butt if its not legit. curious if anyone knows this guy or not. or better yet if he is a member here. of course i realize the paypal protection is only good for $1,000. any input appreciated.

    update:

i see he sold the same psa 3 mantle rc twice in a 6 hr period. the first one sold for $8212 ended on arpril 16th at 18:00 pdt. put the identical card back up but it now for $7500 (3 day listing) at 2 o'clock the next morning and it sold right away. pretty weird.

I have bought from him well over a dozen times for 1972 football ($8-$50 each). He also has bought from me too. No issues.

final note here. slabcracker looks like one of the good ones! i didnt want to give the wrong impression at all. i was being cautious. the mantle rc which was listed twice real quick was apparently a mistake on the buyers part. thats why slabcracker relisted right away. i see alot of scams out there and i try to pay attention. it protects the whole of the hobby by all of us communicating. slabcracker's character seems real real solid!

slabcracker's cool - he's in my neck of the woods and I used to know who he was but I've forgotten now. I've bought from him before and, believe me, if there was a problem I'd be at his door.
