  • Mike you should make this a "Super Sunday" and open up the 5 remaining boxes you are planning on opening. image

this is certainly 1 of the most entertaining modern case busts i've ever read.

we should've taken odds on you busting entire case vs selling off some of it.

you should probably have a majority of this set completed or not?

    RIP GURU
  • SoFLPhillyFan, Thanks for the info, congrats on your sweet sale.

NBAFan, I use to open all at one time, but found out the enjoyment last longer , if you don't just rip them all right away. Especially when you keep getting exciting stuff, which you like. Going back I think box 4 was the weakest for my taste, but both hit cards has happy new homes, which is what our hobby is all about for me.

julen23, Glad to hear so many are enjoying the break. Anyone that knows me would had put their money on breaking the entire case, they know I'm in this hobby to have fun not looking to make money. I'm not a set builder, so not sure how close to a complete set this case is coming.

Box 13 Yankee auto, YES, and O's, very pleased. This is my first Rivera autograph and another Ripken our O's fans can battle it out for.

    Thanks,
    Mike

Box 18, not bad at all. No more for me but one box for a lucky Player, hope all your break are as enjoyable as this one. Making my best Pull of all time was very exciting. Thanks all for allowing me to break the case with you, we will do it again, I just need to save up the funds.

    Thanks, Mike

It seems like besides the Triple auto, the nicest stuff was in these later boxes. That's a sweet Schmidt and I'm sure there is a collector on these boards that is drooling.
