Grading skills

In order to help me gain competent grading skills I would appreciate it if people posted a few picies of coins which are easily gradable. If I am wrong then please feel to correct me.

Don't tell me the grades before hand.

None with little marks that would detract from it.

If any of them were easily gradable, there would not be so many grading companies that do not agree on the grade of the SAME COIN.
