Designation Review or Presidential Review?

I purchased a PCGS certified Morgan Dollar in a recent B&M auction(Baltimore). The coin is incorrectly designated by Variety(7/8TF Strong). The coin is actually a 7/8TF Weak variety. The auction catalog description made no mention of this PCGS error. I have had opinions to the effect that the market value difference between 7/8 Strong and 7/8 Weak for the grade assigned this coin by PCGS is significant enough to warrant a PCGS review. What service level is necessary for a proper review in this circumstance, and will this review afford me compensation in the event that the coin is reassigned the 7/8TF Weak designation?
