Is this card miscut, can it be a psa 9 ?

Seeing Goose's "miscut" Babe Ruth card made me wonder about a card in the Mastro auction. Is this card miscut or just way OC, and can it be a PSA 9?

It's a Butkus RC and it's at $5999.

    I can not imagine this being a 9.The card needs to at the minimum a 91/10 on the back.This card does not appear to be.

    is that a booger on the back or are all butkus rookies like that?.. if so, ive never noticed..

    Looks fine to me... no reason to be overly critical about the back when the front is so beautiful. If it were your card, you'd find a way to justify it being in a PSA 9 holder.
