I had some a-hole hijack my account and my hotmail account to try and "sell a car."

I have been selling on eBay for a few months, if I remember correctly, put my first auctions up a day or two before Christmas. I now have 7 bidders blocked. I will block anyone who does not keep communication open, and only responds to me when I file an unpaid item dispute, and I will block those that just do not pay. Had one buyer try to tell me a '74 Topps lot had creases on the cards, and wanted a partial refund (partial means, $12 back from a $14 final bid), and I gave a full refund, and NO creases whatsoever on the cards when I got them back (thought he was gonna send HIS creased cards back to me instead), ironically, it was one of the first auctions I listed, so it was some dolt who thought he can take advantage of a new seller, he is blocked. Sold some excess candles for my sister, I made a mistake by taking her word for it, basically, 22 taper candles were in the auction, 4 were the same kind of candles, only made from a different company, and I do NOT know about candles, and it was my mistake. I offered the buyer a refund of the value of the 4 candles and told her she can keep them, and she comes back and said she wanted more money, because I do not "stand behind my product, and she never would have bid on the item if she knew the candles were not the same kind," and for some reason, I knew she was going to say that, and told her she can file a PayPal dispute with me, and even gave her the link where she can do it, PayPal gave her the same refund I offered in the beginning! Good thing I am done with candles now, and I can get back to selling some of the cards I have that I either do not collect, or those I have taken in trade from past shows I did in the early-mid 90s!
