Why do you think the Isabella graded only at MS-61?

Because the fields are a bit scruffy, the strike is average at best, and same for the luster. It is a Green Label slab, version #2, that was used by PCGS from sometime in 1995 through October of 1998. I've owned it since Oct. 2001.
