Japanese coin help

I stopped by BigE's today and he asked me about this coin. I had no idea beyond Japanese at the time, but after searching the web tonight I think it's a 1835-1870 100 Mon. Can anyone confirm this? Do you think it's real? If so, what do you think it'd be worth? Thanks

Their should be a small mark at the waist on both edges of the coin. It looks real to me from what I can see...if the marks are on the edges, I'd guess that it's real.

It looks like a genuine Tempoh Tsuuhoh. I bought one without the edge bumps for $8.
