From what I heard this morning, he held a press conference to say that he hasn't decided yet. Not a Favre lover or a Favre hater, just like to know what he is doing and then after all the talk about a decision, he holds a conference to say he hasn't decided. Sounds like he is trying to get more attention/offers before he decides.

I like Favre. He has guts and is great for the game.

However he is not scoring points in my book with his style here. Tell the team wht you are doing so that they can plan.

Is this how he handles a losing season? Has he ever been this way in the past?

Is that a NYPD 9/11 hat he was wearing today? Any significance there? Does he want to play somewhere else?

I wish he would just say I am going to play another year.

I want to see what he has left with a team behind him, not a roster full of backup players because the first and second stringers got hurt, and he's less than 30 TDs away from breaking Marino's record.

I want to see him play another year, also. But one way or another - he's not being fair to the Packers if he waits much longer to decide.

Apparently he always holds a press conference before his charity golf event, and had nothing to do with the rumor that he would announce his plans for the 2006 season today.

Either way, Favre ain't throwing 30 TD's this year. Not a chance. With the way he's been playing and the injury factor, I doubt he would throw 30 in the next 2 years put together.

As long as he gives them a few weeks before the draft he is ok, as far as him being good next season I think he can still play (not gonna throw 30 + tds though) His season last year was washed up by key starters being out, they also never replaced the 2 lineman they lost either which really made a big difference as well.
