[How PC can you get, fer Christ's sake! The board won't let me use the word b.a.s.t.a.r.d.i.z.e.d! I despise censorship, especially lame-assed attempts at it...]
Anyway, I received a pair of farthings in the mail today:
1825. Nothing overly special, just a nice example. Needs a bath...
1873. NGC AU55 BN. This coin is SOOOO dark, i.e., the black farthing of Calcutta, that it was really tough to try and capture. Had to really overexpose it. Dirt cheap, nothing special, but I like the rotated die (about 15% or so; the photo angle makes it look less).
