Any guesses on this '70 Clemente???

Thinking it's gonna be a PSA 7... not sure about that tiny white (cut) line across the top. I've seen SEVERAL '70 Topps with this line, so I'm thinking it's not going to hurt too bad. Corners aren't bad... centering could be better, but I doubt it would pick up a qualifier. Any guesses???

I'm guessing about 7 or 8. I dont think that white border is a major problem.

I'd request no qualifiers because I think they could OC you very easily if they determine the corners to be 8 or 9 quality. From the scan, I'd say there's an outside shot you'll pull an 8 NQ. They do not downgrade at all for the line at the top.

I'm not sure what's up with his shoulder... again, it's another print defect (I believe) that's on alot of these Clemente's. I checked what was on Ebay and it appeared they all had it.
There's a BIG difference between a 7 and an 8... if it's an 8, I'd be VERY happy!

It's hard to tell from a scan but I don't see why it wouldn't 8. This card has chronic centering problems and this card is better than a lot of 8's I've come across. The white line at the top absolutely will not downgrade the card. The biggest flaw that I can see from the scan is the lower left corner touch but it doesn't appear significant enough to knock it down to a 7. Good luck!

Looks like an 8 NQ to me. Centering is certainly not an issue: I measure 39/61 L/R and 44/56 T/B.

if the scan isnt hiding anything as they do sometimes i would say straight 8 all the way.

A strong 8 NQ. I think when people see a beautiful sharp card they just assume that there's something wrong with it.

7 every day submitted to PSA, 8 if grader feels good...I would even go as far as a possible 9 if the gloss is better than the scan...

The white line on the top border is common on these issues and normally PSA doesn't penalize the card appearance for this white line. It's most likely a 7 or an 8. It is a very nice card!
