Redemption cards....How long??

I'd never had a redemption card until last year and registered through upper deck.

Any idea how long cards usually take?? The two I sent in were 9 months ago so I was just curious.

I've got one at UD for going on 16 months now.

You should have had them by now. If you redeemed them online then check your account by logging in here, it should tell you if they have shipped yet. There is a drop down box with two choices, pending and shipped. If it doesn't show up when you log in change the drop down box to shipped and it should tell you when it went out. Sometimes they ship and don't make it. I've even had them send me an empty envelope before. Just call customer service and they should be able to help you out. The number is 1-800-873-7332, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PST.

Edited to add: The longest I have waited was 8 months and that was after it showed up as shipped (at 6 months) on my account but I never got it. Two months and several phone calls later, I finally got it.

Thanks for the response.

When I check on mine online (which is how I registered them) it says:

"Athlete committed to signing soon, please be patient"

But it's said that for 9 months now, so I didn't know.

I had two from Fleer before then went belly up. I got four Jersey cards and two auto's for my settlement.

I had an auto Jersey from McNabb #rd to 25 and a Dante Hall #rd to 150.

I got crap for the settlement with the best card being an Archie Griffin auto in his Ohio State uniform.

Took over 18 months to settle.
