here is a message i sent him:

if you are proud of arrow why do you use "psa" and "gai" in you listings.
i never see anyone selling psa or gai cards spamming the word "arrow". i

f you are truly new to ebay that misleading practice is called spamming and is a great way to have your auctions pulled and make a lot enemies. if i were you i would revise your auction immeadiately as you are already getting ripped on the psa message board.

and here is his explanation. i hope i am not facing the gas chamber with him as my lawyer.

Gai & Psa are just description search words. If you look at my cards or read my descriptions, there is no spamming or confusion. I don't beleive that anybody looking at my auctions would ever think that they were bidding on anything other than what is listed. All I have is great cards at great prices. You should look and read before complaining.

Just taking a short glance at the titles you would think they are graded PSA or GAI. I just looked at one of his
auctions to see what this arrow grading service was. What a joke that is. Your right, all those auctions do need
to be pulled. That's just stealing the PSA name to make people look at your auctions. Can anyone from PSA
get ahold of eBay to complain also??

It's not only keyword spamming in the context of ebay rules, but it could be Trademark Infringement in violation of the Lanham Act.

I didn't have my Stop Snitching shirt on today so i told him that if he didn't change his auctions I would report him. Here is his response:

Sincerely did not know. I want to get off to a good start on Ebay. Item descriptions have been changed. I want everybody who buys from me to be thrilled with their purchases.

i don't see any changes though......

Post the keyword spamming link here so we can all report him easily.

At the bottom of the auction there is a link to report auctions. This started as of April 3rd and is not retroactive so only the newer auctions have the link.

Some idiot bid on the 79 Ryan graded 8.0 for $10. Wow, people are really stupid.

Well heck. I guess I'll start my own company.

    DUMBAZZ GRADING CO

Here is the first one that I have graded. Notice the special holder as it is way easier to store then some old silly slab.

And here is the back showing our space age sealing material. Good enough for NASA, good enough for your cards.

    stone,
i have a big shipment for dumazz cards, all dazzlers, they have to be 10's. i figure you have to something with all of that duct tape that tom ridge told you to buy.

as far as anyone bidding the topflight bevy of beauties-let the punishment fit the crime...

All references to other grading companies have been removed!
I'll bet he got an email from ebay telling him to knock that sh1t off.

For a guy who just "started" on E-bay he knows to much about the E-bay world. After nearly 5 years I still am learning a lot.

    Check out his verbage

    1) I am paypal verified and always combine shipping on multiple orders.

    2) I will very rarely have a reserve on any of my cards.

    3) It will not be uncommon for bidders on my auctions to end up with real "steals".

    4) So please add me to your list of favorites.

I have a hard time believing a novice would know all of the jargon if he neither bought nor sold before

    czar, good points.
Maybe he was a "Pro" washout and found a new craphouse grading company to pimp.
