Will Designation Review be the ticket here: ?

Hi David,
I sent a 1964-D 50c Tripled Die Obverse in for grading via the Teletrade program. I noted the TDO on
the Teletrade submission form and even included the proper PCGS coin number (yes, this esoteric variety
somehow got it's own number- 96707). But, apparently the attribution was somehow lost along the way
and the coin is graded MS66, no TDO noted on the insert. (This would be a top-pop for the TDO).
Should I submit the coin for Designation Review, or is there some other way to get this oversight corrected?
Best Regards,
Greg

Hi Greg,
Either designation review or Presidential Review would work.
