Has anyone ever had this problem

The last couple of weeks now I have not received some of the cards I won.Then they have a tracking # and said to be received and weren't.I have about four diffrent items not received.I think the mailman is stealing them or sticking them in someone elses box.I just don't know what to do.I was wondering if this has happened to you.I have 124 postitve feedback at 100% I do not want to lose that.Do I just take the loss or what can I do.

call the delivery supervisor at your local po immediately, or better yet, go visit him or her, if you can.
you'll probably have to leave a voice mail (or several), but be persistant.
have dates & tracking #'s available.

Hi puggy, I can tell you an incident from my own personal experience. I had a package that got scanned as delivered and I never saw it, didn't know anything about receiving it. Well come to find out my house has a front door, a side door, and a back door. The mailman stuck it inside the screen of my side door that I never use, thats why I never found it till I started looking around for it.

I'd just ask my carrier. There should be dates when they were scanned as delivered. I seriously doubt that your carrier is stealing them and I'll tell you why. I work at the Post Office and the scanners that we use has each carriers individual social security # in them so whoever scanned it as delivered it can be traced to them so you'd have to be a fool to scan something as delivered and then steal it. Who else has access to your mail ? How do you receive your mail ? Mailbox on the house, on the street, NDCBU box, P.O box ?
