Will scammers ever learn???

I bid this 88 donruss psa 10 McGwire up to $50 and lost Action 1

So this guy emails me he is going to post his for a buy it now price of my bid
Here is his listing Action 2

I mean if you going to try to scam at least try not to be too lazy and use the same pic with the same Cert #.
Or I guess he could be just that lazy to post his own scan. Anyways I don’t do business with people that are to lazy to work for their money. Lost my Biz.

Am I way off or does what I'm saying make sense????

    I can't stand that. I also can't stand when cards have no bids and you are just waiting to drop that late bid on it and somehow the card auction is cancelled. That irks me too.
