It's amazing to me when this happens.........

When someone ships raw cards to me in plastic protectors or card savers and no other protection at all - no cardboard, bubble wrap, etc. - and they still arrive safely. Just opened a package with 4 cards inside and expected the worst. Fortunately they were all ok.

Stay classy,

2 weeks ago a seller sent me 6 cards from the 1952 set only wrapped in a paper towel and envelope, no plastic at all. amazingly they did not get damaged. its just dumb.
  • I just received a PSA graded card with a $500 book in a bubble mailer. I felt a box would have been appropriate. It was insured, but I am sure the post office would have said it was improperly packaged and denied the insurance claim if the card would have been damaged.

I always wondered about that. why then does the clerk sell insurance if a box is appropriate?
