These coins were from the 10 free submissions I received from CCCS. Turnaround time was fantastic. I mailed the coins on March 20th and received them today. Very fast considering the international shipping.

The coins and CCCS grades. CCCS is known to be very conservative with many of their grades.

1965 1c PL-65 Red
1966 1c PL-65 Red Cameo
1925 5c VG-10 key date
1926 far 6 5c VG-10 THE key date.
1965 5c PL-63 'ouch'
1966 5c PL-65
1919 25c VF-30 multi-toned
1919 25c VF-20
1947 $1 pt7, doubled 4, doubled HP EF-45
1947 $1 ML EF-40 cleaned. Thought it was cleaned and CCCS agreed. Really a scarcer coin.

Didn't you sell me one ANACS graded "MS60 details: Cleaned: Net AU50" or something like that? Or did I buy the pointed 7 from you? image

How do the CCCS coins hold their value compared with PCGS or ICCS?

Shiroh, I don't remember, a result of getting old. CCCS is kinda too new to say how they are price wise compared to ICCS and PCGS.

Spinaker, photos? Really tough through the CCCS flips. I'll try.

  • The 1947ML $1 is scarce. Nice one.

I agreed with Don, CCCS is doing very good job now. CCCS graded coins very accurately just like ICCS. CCCS notes more varieties than ICCS.

You are very correct on that.

Does this mean you're not exactly happy with these? image

I thought some of the PL coins would go PL66 and I thought the two '47 dollars were AU.
