Yet Another eBay Phishing Scam - I'm A PowerSeller!

Got an email that looked like it came from eBay:

Dear eBay Member,
You've been on a super sales streak and since you've done so well, it's time to recognize you for your efforts. You are PowerSeller Silver!
Congratulations! joining the eBay Silver PowerSeller Program. Come and join us. When you join the PowerSeller program, you'll be able to receive more of the support you'll need for continued success. So, why wait? Join now!
The "Join Now" link goes to some site in the Czech Republic as does the link near the bottom of the email. Also there is a "Go To The PowerSellers Portal" graphic at the very bottom of the email that doesn't have a link but should have.

Notice the one error after the word "Congratulations!" Lower case on the "j" in "joining".
FYI - The PowerSeller program is automatic and doesn't require any signing up or clicking on email links. If you are a PowerSeller you can go directly to the eBay site to access the web page with all the information.
I AM an eBay PowerSeller but I knew this was a scam as soon as I saw it.
