    csmtampa,

Thanks VERY much for your years of service. I appreciate all that you did, and respect and admire you for the sacrifices you made.

To the fellas who have referred to their brides-to-be as their "fiance," please bear in mind that "fiance" means a man who is to be married; fiancee (2 e's) refers to a woman who is to be married.

I have a sister that's 24 and she reminds me of this everytime I see her! If the economy doesn't turn around fast, I may just become a "professional student" and get every degree there is out there! College for 10 years? Sounds good.

We reconnected last April back in Dallas kind of randomly and I asked her to a Stars game. Well there must have been a contest - see how many mixed drinks you can have night or bring the most empty mixed drink cups for a purse or something. I was ok with everything until she threw up in my lap and then the floorboards of my car. Fun times.

Whatever you do, don't go to Texas Tech. From my approximation, there are around 4 trees in Lubbock, and maybe 6 or 7 shrubs. Plan on using a full tank of gas to go to the beer store and back. Will Rogers is overrated. Buddy Holly was right to leave town. College Station is much more temperate, and the women are far less likely to show you the wonders of Herpesyphichlamydioma.

    My opinion.

    Me, in 1952.

I remember drawing on my brother's baseball cards all the time!

Then Mom would gather them up after a while and use them to line "Queenie the Parakeet's" & "Abner the Guinea Pig's" cages!

Plus, I remember Abner the Guinea Pig really loved to chew on my brother's baseball cards.

And yes! Queenie the Parakeet loved to leave "bird poopage" on my brother's baseball cards also!

That's right! Not all stains are from wax! image

No minty fresh 1950s cards from our house! image

I guess I deserve that for calling you out earlier...

And yeah I guess I shouldn't gripe about being 25 when I am still younger than most of you guys. I just think going from college to work is a complete culture change. Three years ago, I would have no problems staying out until 2 or 3 on Wednesday night drinking as much as humanly possible, now when I have to work until 2 or 3 in the morning I am not worth shooting the next day.

The reason I picked nightcrawler for a name in 02 on a different site, is because I collect pre 1929 Caterpillars. We call them crawlers, and I like traveling at night because on the lonely northern roads, it's nice to clip along at 105 mph without having to pass the slowpokes. Not exactly crawling, but nightcrawler seemed like the perfect choice.

I have all kinds of fun with this one, can't wait to fire it up after a long winter.
