Are these considered Tall boys?

Trying to find out how to submit these cards. Not sure which service to use.
1964 Topps Giants
1976 Topps Basketball
1952 Red Man
various discs (Holiday Inn, Pepsi, Isaly's)

None of these will fit into a regular PSA holder.

I've submitted a lot of Isaly's disc's. They don't consider them tall boys because I could use the $5 special on them but I had to submit them on a separate invoice from my regular cards.

I think all the baseball and the disks are tall boys. Many of the past specials didn't exclude tall boys. I think the other size is oversized (T3 for example) fits this category.
I've submitted one disk that wasn't a tall boy - 81 Sunbeam if I remember...
