what grade is this and is it pl/dmpl? has more of a mirror background than shows

MS64 REALY FEEL IT SHOULD OF BEEN AT LEAST A MS64PL

    PL at best I would say... A DMPL has much more black and white contrast..

    I would put it at MS 64 PL at best based on the images.

    The reverse looks DMPL, the angle on the obverse makes it hard to tell if it's even PL - the fields don't look reflective and not much frost on the face at this angle.

    I'd say it's probably a very nice looking MS63

    the back ground is mirror like but has a few die polish marks on rev.

    When in doubt, don't.

    PL, and even moreso DMPL, are nearly impossible to attain in this current environment.

    I'm not sure that would make PL either even a few years ago. Reverse yes, Obverse doubtfull.

    Might look better in hand. Hard to tell.
