FOUND!: a $4 Stella at a Garage sale! Paid $8.00 for it.

I was at a garage sale and notice that the seller had an old tin can full of coins and screws and bolts and stuff and I asked how much and he said $12.00 for the whole thing. I bid him down to $8.00 and he said ok...well I got that tin can home and found 2 really kewl things in there, 1) A really nice $4.00 stella flowing hair in AU58 and a note saying this:
