help me out guys

in PSA Set Registry Forum
heres my problem.i sent in a big submission.some of the cards submitted were 1999 upper deck black diamond.a lot of the cards were not graded due to card being trimmed.can't be because i bought a case and opened them myself.what should i do.submission #589400. zip code 60477.

    I always watch to see when my cards get graded. When I've seen ungraded cards for any reason, I call customer service just to ask them to double check. I might have to get back to the dealer that sold me the card or if I know I opened them myself, I want to make sure they give them another look.

    Send an email to Joe, tell him your situation. Since a bulk of those are all from 1999, somebody at Upper Deck must have had the measurement a tad off.
