Need ID on German item - not a coin

This looks like a German ticket or note of some sort. It has an embossed stamp and is about 4cm X 9.5 cm in size. It appears to be cut with a scissors...maybe out of a book or sheet? Any ideas?

Its a coupon from an August 1, 1922 10,000 Mk bond issued during the German inflation of the early 1920s. The 200 Mk interest payment was due to be paid 1 Nov 1928.
