Is this 2006 Proof SAC a DDR ?

I just got my proof sets in today. One of the Sac's looked like it had a scratch near the tail, until I looked closer, then it looked like it was a die crack because it was raised, not indented .... until I scoped the whole coin - There is doubling on a lot of the perimeter, but that still doesn't explain the tail thing that's going on. It even looks like the edge of a feather going from back center of the tail angled toward 2:30 on the secondary "tail" edge.

Look at the pictures and tell me what you think. Does anyone else have one with these marks and doubling? Is the doubling machine or die?

Looks like you have some split serifs on AMERICA and the adjacent stars-if so, you COULD have something very significant. The photos are just not good enough to tell. There's nothing going on at ONE, tho, and the fact that the designer's initials don't show any separation is a negative. If a doubled die this strong is confirmed, I'm sure we'll all hera about it. I expect my set to srrive any day-I'll be lookin'.

Looks like both kinds of doubling there. I really want to find out about the tail and if there were a number of these produced like this .......

Just checked mine and none of the six I got have any doubling.
