1888 10c Kisaran / Sumatra -- anyone have a copy of Scholten?

I picked this up on a whim as an educational project. From what I can gather from the web, this is a 10 cent token from the Kisaran plantation in what was the Dutch East Indies, now part of Sumatra, Indonesia. The text that's hard to read in the center of the piece says "GUT FUR 10 CENTS", and it's uniface. There are other denominations, including $1 and 50 cents. Unfortunately, the only reference that I can find for the 10 cent denomination suggests that it might be a fantasy piece.

It appears that the standard reference for this sort of token is C. Scholten's The Coins of the Dutch Overseas Territories 1601- 1948. Does anyone have a copy they could look this up in? Is there anyone else who can say anything interesting about this piece or the history behind it?
