Are there any general *Want List* coin sites?

Simply said... a site that all of the dealers/sellers can go to up here on the web to see if they can't match a coin to a buyer who is looking to add to his/her collection. I've probably got 20+ web dealers bookmarked to go through their inventory when I am looking for a coin, but that sure limits the possibilities of finding that coin outside of going to coin shows that don't happen every weekend. Granted.... some of the dealers up here have *Want List* opportunities, but odds are most are not going to waste their time looking for semi-widgets, so it's basically probably just a waste of time. I know when I bought a '71 corvette out of Ohio it was simple to post my transportation needs on a Car Hauler site to get the car down to Texas and I had numerous bids within a day. Many of the car haulers live off of that site as they try to find return loads after dropping off across the country. The concept is the same... Dealers have coins they want to sell.... I post that I want a 1918 PCGS MS-63/64 Walker... dealers log in and they try to sell what they have. I'm missing 99% of the coins out there and I want access to them. I'd even consider paying a subscription to have that access.

Well? If it exists... give me the site.

I don't know about a common place to post wantlists. But TeleTrade has "Mr. WantList" and whenever they have items up for auction or dealers selling through TeleTrade have items that are on your wantlist, you'll get an email in advance of the auction so you can at least look and see if you're interested. You won't be told the beginning bid price until the auction actually begins at 4pm EST. You can usually spot the high opening bids as TeleTrades items. Occasionally, you'll get lucky and save a bit of money. Most of the time, you overpay when they tack on "Buyers Fee".

eBay's "Want It Now" could be such a site, but as far as I know no one uses it.
