X face for 90% silver?
I went to an estate sale today and they wanted 10 X face for circulated 90% silver coin, and $25.00 each for well circulated common morgan and peace dollars.

There's your answer. Estate companies are a BIG rip off. IMHO
<< <i>I just got back from the Santa Clara Expo where one dealer had a sign taped to the lamp on his table which listed his buy prices for silver. He was paying $7.95 per dollar face and $11 each for one ounce rounds.

That's a healthy buy price on the 90%, most brick and mortar shops are around 7.7 to 7.8 on the high side. Depends on quantity.
That's also too cheap on the .999 rounds, $11.20 to $11.25 seems to be the going rate around here. Higher on 10 and 100 ounce bars.
